Organic olive oil from the olive groves of southern Istria

Our olive groves are located in southern Istria, where the climate is extremely favorable for growing olives. The varieties include: Istarska Buža, Bjelica, Leccino, Pendolino.

The olive trees have been under organic cultivation since 2012.

Olives, bees and biodiversity

We cultivate our olive groves exclusively according to ecological standards. The olives are planted with greater spacing, for better self-sustainability, better sunlight and less pest pressure. We keep bees in the olive groves most of the year, which also contributes to reducing pests and increasing biodiversity. All the principles of sustainability and careful processing produce fruit and oil of the highest quality

We are also proud of our additional 8 hectares of ancient, extensive olive groves that we revitalized from complete neglect.
