    We cultivate 14 hectares of olive trees exclusively according to ecological principles. Olives give us Vernale and Magran - two types of oil, two flavors from two localities.

  • Honey from our own apiary

    We get honey from 240 bee colonies. Depending on the year, the types of honey also change - there is acacia / kolež, honeydew, meadow, bramble, ivy...

Olive groves

The olive groves are located in the area of southern Istria, namely in the localities of Magran and Vernal. Ecological standards, self-sustainability and family tradition are our main drivers.

    We keep bees in the olive groves most of the year, which greatly helps control pests and increase biodiversity.

  • Varieties

    Our oils are a blend of varieties. Among the varieties we have are Istrian Buža, Bjelica, Leccino, Pendolino & Rosignola.

  • Revitalization

    We cultivate 8 hectares of ancient extensive olive groves that we revitalized from complete neglect.

Bees are in our olive groves most of the year. The types of honey on offer depend on the season and weather conditions.

  • Beekeeping with low attachments

    We keep bees with low extensions, which allows for faster honey maturation and easier manipulation, as well as obtaining specific honeys, such as ivy.

  • Hourly basis

    We have been using exclusively our own wax for watch bases for many years, which gives us a guarantee of quality and purity of ingredients.

  • Bee welfare

    The welfare of the bees is our top priority. The minimal loss of colonies during the season proves that we are on the right track.
